研制了一种能在60℃工况下耐10%HCl+10%N2SO4+10%HNO3混酸介质的泵用新型铸造铁镍基合金。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射和电子探针,观察与分析了这种合金的金相组织,并研究了合金的均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀年点腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,低的含碳量和适量的镍、铬。钼、铜、钨的复合作用可使该合金具有良好的抚腐蚀性能;在60℃的混酸介质中具有优良的耐均腐蚀性能,以及较高的抗晶间腐蚀能力与抗点蚀性能。
A new type of cast iron-nickel-base alloy for pump with 10% HCl + 10% N2SO4 + 10% HNO3 mixed acid medium under 60 ℃ condition was developed. The microstructure of this alloy was observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and electron probe. The uniform corrosion and intergranular corrosion of the alloy were also studied. Test results show that low carbon content and the amount of nickel, chromium. The composite effect of molybdenum, copper and tungsten can make this alloy have good pitting corrosion resistance. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high intergranular corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion resistance in mixed acid medium at 60 ℃.
