1982年从两个肢端肥大症的胰腺瘤中分离出三个具有促进生长激素释放活性的肽(hpGRF);1984年又从人的下丘脑分离出两个长链的肽(hGRF44-NH_?和hGRF 40-OH).合成的GRF也能促进动物和人的生长激素释放,副作用小.本文观察了hGRF的药代动力学过程.受试者分三组静脉注射不同剂量(2.5~80,80~320和75~600μg)的GRF,不同时间取血,用放射免疫技术测定血清中有免疫反应的GRF含量.
