目前测定微量铝应用铬天青S和铬菁R胶束增溶分光光度法。测定锡青铜中微量铝曾进行过铬天青S、氯代十六烷基吡啶胶束增溶分光光度试验,此法用蒸发除锡,抗坏血酸掩蔽铁,但在大量还原剂存在下发现铁的掩蔽效果和稳定性较差。因此继续进行了溴代十六烷基三甲基铵(以下简称CTMAB)存在下以铬天青S(以下简称CAS)测铝的方法试验。采用王水溶样,盐酸调整酸度,硫脲掩蔽铜,盐酸羟胺增强其稳定性,氯化胺消除锡的干扰,CyDTA-Zn溶液掩蔽铁,氟化铵为退色剂,直接比色测定锡青铜中的铝。在CTMAB申加入一定量的乙醇后,增大了CTMAB的溶解度,克服了CTMAB在室温较低时析出沉淀的缺点,实践证明该法灵敏度高,重现性好,酸度范围较宽,简单、快速,经过一些试样的测定,获得较满意的结果。
