随机选取刚出生的清洁级Wistar大鼠30只(雌、雄各半),对其高压饮用水进行酸化处理的条件下,进行为期27周的生长发育试验。试验期间内,分别测定0~27周龄时的体重,包括25日龄离乳时的体重、体长和尾长以及4~27周龄时体长与尾长。试验结果显示:在0~3周龄时雌、雄体重差异不显著(P>0.05),4周龄后体重差异极显著(P<0.01),整个生长曲线走势呈“S”状,雄性体长、尾长均大于雌性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。雄性大鼠在7周龄时,绝对生长值最大达51.81g,雌性大鼠在5周龄时,绝对生长值最大达40.51g。
Thirty-seven Wistar rats were randomly selected (female and male) to undergo a 27-week growth test under the condition of acidification of their high-pressure drinking water. During the test period, body weights were measured at 0-27 weeks of age, including body weight, body length and tail length, and body length and tail length at 4-27 weeks of age at 25 days of age. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight between 0 and 3 weeks (P> 0.05), and the difference of body weight after 4 weeks was extremely significant (P <0.01).
