目的研究小组合作学习在基础护理实训教学改革中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2013级护理专业两个班,分别作为实验组和对照组,实验组采用小组合作实训及考核模式,对照组采用传统模式。将两组技能成绩进行对比,通过问卷及自我效能感调查,反馈护生对改革方法的效果评价。结果实验组静脉注射、导尿术、期末考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);绝大多数实验组护生认为小组合作学习能提高自我效能感,明显改善学习态度和学习效果;实验组自我效能感得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小组合作学习可增强护生的实训效果,也有利于护生职业综合素质的提高。
Objective To study the application effects of group cooperative learning in basic nursing practice teaching reform. Methods Two classes of 2013 nursing specialty were randomly selected as the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted the group training and assessment mode, while the control group adopted the traditional model. The two groups of skills scores were compared, through questionnaires and self-efficacy investigation, feedback nursing students on the reform method of evaluation. Results In the experimental group, the results of intravenous injection, catheterization and final examinations were superior to those of the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Most of the nursing students in the experimental group thought that cooperative learning could improve self-efficacy, improve learning attitude and learning The scores of self-efficacy in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Group cooperative learning can enhance the practical training effect of nursing students, but also conducive to improving the overall quality of nursing students.
