目的：评价国产带线羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅱ期眶内植入术后的疗效和引起的并发症。方法：随诊分析Ⅱ期眶内植入国产带线羟基磷灰石义眼台133例。结果：有119例取得满意效果，结膜创口愈合好，所带的义眼具有一定的活动度。15例出现并发症，其中义眼台暴露12例，义眼台位至异常2例，结膜肉芽肿1例。结论：国产带线羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅱ期眶内植入能有效地矫正眼球摘除术后的眼窝凹陷，是眼窝重建术的较理想的材料之一。
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect and complications of domestic hydroxyapatite orbital implantation after intraorbital implantation. Methods: Follow-up analysis of 133 cases of domestic orbital hydroxyapatite orbital implantation. Results: 119 patients achieved satisfactory results, conjunctival wound healing, the meaning of the eye with a certain degree of mobility. There were 15 cases of complications, including 12 cases of Yi Yan Tai exposure, 2 cases of abnormal eye position and 1 case of conjunctival granuloma. CONCLUSION: Domestic hydroxyapatite orbital implantation with orbital hydroxyapatite can effectively correct the orbital depression after enucleation. It is one of the ideal materials for orbital reconstruction.
