党的十六届三中全会首次提出“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续”的科学发展观,对发展提出了全新的理念。对于人力资源的管理也应树立科学的发展理念,树立“以人为本”、全面发展、协调发展、可持续发展的理念,这也正是科学发展观在人力资源管理中的内在要求。本文根据人力资源的发展趋势,从新的视角找寻人力资源管理的创新。
The Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward for the first time a scientific concept of development based on “people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable” and put forward a completely new concept of development. The management of human resources should also establish a scientific concept of development and establish a “people-oriented” concept of “all-round development, coordinated development and sustainable development”, which is exactly the inherent requirement of the scientific development concept in human resources management. Based on the development trend of human resources, this article searches for the innovation of human resource management from a new perspective.
