根据柱鞋标准建立复合材料柱鞋的物理模型;使用SimulationXpress进行仿真试验、结构优化;制做实物模型、进行实物模型性能试验;进行了现场试验。经过仿真试验、实物模型试验、现场试验结果比较,仿真与实际基本相符;研究表明在满足使用条件要求前提下,可实现将复合材料柱鞋重量控制在金属柱鞋重量的1/2。
According to the standard of column shoes, the physical model of the composite column shoes was established. The simulation test was carried out by using SimulationXpress, the structure was optimized, the physical model was made, the physical model performance test was carried out, and the field test was carried out. After simulation test, physical model test and field test result comparison, the simulation is basically in line with the actual situation. The research shows that under the premise of meeting the conditions of use, the weight of the composite column shoes can be controlled to be 1/2 of the weight of the metal column shoes.
