知识经济社会对传统图书馆产生巨大冲击,这要求我们对图书馆的服务战略进行重构。平衡计分卡是一种非常好的战略规划工具,以黑龙江省科学技术情报研究所文献馆为例,详细提出基于平衡计分卡构建服务战略的过程及其应用。
Knowledge economy and society have a tremendous impact on the traditional library, which requires us to reorganize the service strategy of the library. Balanced Scorecard is a very good strategic planning tool. Taking the Heilongjiang Institute of Science, Technology and Information Technology as an example, this paper presents in detail the process of building a service strategy based on Balanced Scorecard and its application.
