采用稀土镁球墨铸铁(以下简称稀土球铁)铸造机座代替原来的钢板焊接机座,是船用异步电动机结构和制造工艺的一种改革。近年来在有关工厂的支持下,经过大量的试验验证和研究,采用QT42--18稀土球铁铸造船用异步电机机座已获成功。经过样机和小批试制产品鉴定,证明采用稀土球铁机座的船用异步电机,其外形及安装尺寸不变,各项经济技术指标完全符合技术条件和有关船舶标准的规定,可以推广应用。目前广东省新会机电厂,广宁电机厂已正式投产应用,取得了令人满意的技术经济效果。本文介绍稀土球铁铸造机座的工艺研究情况。

At present, Guangdong Province, Xinhui Machine Factory, Quang Ninh Electric Factory has been officially put into operation, and achieved satisfactory technical and economic results.
