通过残余应力的测定,研究了MonelK-500合金的时效开裂.结果表明,裂纹萌生于表面而向心部扩展.冷加工残余应力迭加时效热应力,以及时效初期表层优先脆化是K-500合金时效开裂的主要原因.机械矫直有利于冷加工残余应力的调整和松弛,能有效地防止合金的时效开裂.
Through the determination of residual stress, aging cracking of MonelK-500 alloy was studied. The results show that the crack initiation on the surface and to the heart extension. The main cause of aging cracking of K-500 alloy is the thermal stress of cold working and the preferential embrittlement of superficial layer. Mechanical straightening is conducive to the adjustment and relaxation of residual stress in cold working, which can effectively prevent aging cracking of the alloy.
