中国电子商务研究中心日前发布报告显示,2015年上半年,全国电商用户投诉数量同比增长2.03%,其中,网络售假成为网络零售十大热点被投诉问题中的“头号问题”。作为国内第三方电子商务研究机构,中国电子商务研究中心通过中国电子商务投诉与维权公共服务平台,对所受理的案例进行统计。数据显示,网络零售十大热点被投诉问题依次是网络售假、信息泄露、发货迟缓、网络诈骗、退换货难、退款难、订单取消、货不对板、价格欺诈、服务态度差。其中,网络售假占所有问题的13.65%。对此,中国电子商务研究中心法律与权益部分析师姚建芳
China E-Commerce Research Center recently released a report showing that in the first half of 2015, the number of complaints from e-commerce users nationwide increased by 2.03% over the same period of last year. Among them, the online sale of fake goods became the number one complaint in the top ten hot spots in online retail sales. As a third-party domestic e-commerce research institute, China E-Commerce Research Center collects statistics on the cases accepted through China’s e-commerce complaints and rights protection public service platform.
