文章结合狮子洋隧道复合地层盾构施工,针对隧道穿越的以软岩为主的复合地层以及硬岩两种主要的地质条件,选取了盾构总推力、刀盘扭矩、推进速度和刀盘转速四项主要的推进参数为研究对象,详细分析了四个推进参数对刀具磨损的影响规律,并分析影响规律产生的内在原因;建立了刀具磨损量与四个推进参数之间的拟合表达式,为工程实际中减小刀具磨损及预测盾构在类似地层条件下的最长推进距离等提供理论依据。研究结论对于类似地质条件下盾构选型和实际施工有一定的指导价值。
Combined with shield tunnel construction of shield tunnel in Liziyang tunnel, two main geological conditions of soft rock-clad complex strata and hard rock crossing tunnel are selected. The total thrust, cutter torque, propulsion speed and cutter speed The four main propulsive parameters are studied. The influence laws of four propulsive parameters on the tool wear are analyzed in detail and the inherent causes of the influence law are analyzed. The fitting expression between the tool wear and the four propulsive parameters is established , To provide theoretical basis for reducing the tool wear in actual engineering and predicting the longest propulsion distance of shield under similar conditions. The conclusion of the study has certain guiding value for shield selection and actual construction under similar geological conditions.
