背景:近年来,芜湖供电公司积极推进供电服务文化建设,自2003年开展供电服务员工“五项修炼”项目以来,经过连续四年的实践,窗口服务员工普遍转变了服务理念、提高了服务质量、提升了客户满意度,受到了社会的赞誉。作为服务文化建设的重要载体,该项目迅速被安徽省电力公司在系统内全面推广,并荣获国家电网公司“精神文明建设创新奖”。
Background: In recent years, Wuhu Power Supply Company has actively promoted the construction of power supply service culture. Since the “Five Practices” project of power supply service staff was carried out in 2003, after four consecutive years of practice, window service employees have generally changed their service concept and improved Service quality, enhance customer satisfaction, has been praised by the community. As an important carrier of service culture construction, the project was promptly promoted by Anhui Electric Power Company within the system and won the “Innovation Award of Spiritual Civilization Construction” by State Grid Corporation.
