随着我国电力企业的快速发展,企业文化作为企业发展的重要推动力,已经受到越来越多的企业的重视。由于企业文化从本质上看是构建在人力资源管理基础上,所以和人力资源开发有着密切的关系。因此,本文笔者首先分析人力资源开发和企业文化建设的关系,然后提出人力资源开发和企业文化建设的关联,以期能够提升电力企业的核心竞争力,以供参考。
With the rapid development of China’s electric power enterprises, as an important driving force for the development of enterprises, the enterprise culture has been valued by more and more enterprises. Since corporate culture is essentially constructed on the basis of human resource management, it has a close relationship with human resource development. Therefore, the author first analyzes the relationship between human resource development and corporate culture construction, and then proposes the correlation between human resource development and corporate culture construction in order to enhance the core competitiveness of power enterprises for reference.
