Preface In the dark, overweight state (Gz> 1), a glowing visual target appears to rise from its original location. This “lift illusion” has been attributed to changes in eye movement control resulting from increased otolith organ stimulation. The relevant data on the magnitude of change in eye movements and the power of delusion has not been available yet. This study will provide this data.
