利用X射线衍射极图测量技术,对国内试制的Φ6mm的TA18(Ti-3Al-2.5V)合金冷轧管材的织构类型进行研究。并测量了国外同直径的商用航空管材的织构类型和强度,与国产的管材进行了对比分析。采用管材减薄展平法解决了形状对X射线衍射强度影响无法修正的困难,实现了对管材织构的精确测定。结果表明:国产管材的织构类型与进口管材基本相似,主织构的(0002)面与管材径向夹角均为24°,晶向[1010]与管轴向平行。但是织构的强度差别很大,进口管材的织构强度是国产管材的2倍以上。提高织构强度及减小离散程度是改善国产管材性能的一个重要方向。
The texture types of TA6 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) alloy cold-rolled pipe of Φ6mm, which is made in China, were studied by X-ray diffraction polarography. The texture type and strength of the commercial aviation pipe with the same diameter abroad were measured and compared with the domestic pipe. The thinning and flattening of the pipe is adopted to solve the problem that the influence of the shape on the X-ray diffraction intensity can not be corrected, and the accurate determination of the pipe texture is realized. The results show that the texture type of domestic pipe is basically similar to that of imported pipe. The radial angle between the (0002) plane of the main texture and the pipe is 24 ° and the crystal orientation [1010] is parallel to the axial direction of the pipe. However, the strength of the fabric varies widely, the texture strength of imported pipe is more than 2 times the domestic pipe. Improve the texture strength and reduce the degree of dispersion is to improve the performance of domestic pipe is an important direction.
