目前,建设和谐社会已经成社会发展的主潮流,也是党和政府执政的重要目标之一。作为社会的重要组成部分,企业的和谐发展是和谐社会建设的基础,企业的和谐发展离不开企业文化的推动力。现代企业只有不断加强企业文化建设,才能真正促进社会的可持续性发展,实现社会的和谐与稳定。鉴于此,本文对如何构建可持续性发展的和谐企业文化管理模式进行了探讨,以期对相关从业人员有所借鉴意义。
At present, building a harmonious society has become the main trend of social development and one of the important goals for the party and government to govern. As an important part of society, the harmonious development of enterprises is the foundation of building a harmonious society.
