随着我国企业的不断发展和改革,人力资源管理的相关工作也不断发生着变化。当前我国企业人力资源管理方式改变了传统管理方式中的管理理念,加强对于企业人力资源管理的重视程度,推动人力资源成为企业发展战略中的一个重要部分。文章分析了我国企业人力资源管理现状,并探讨了其发展趋势。
With the constant development and reform of the enterprises in our country, the related work of human resource management is also constantly changing. At present, the management mode of human resources in Chinese enterprises has changed the management concept in the traditional management mode, strengthened the importance attached to human resources management and promoted the human resources to become an important part of the enterprise development strategy. The paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management in Chinese enterprises and discusses its development trend.
