在闽侯一中的一个多月的教育实习发现,尽管在现代教育技术下课堂模式下,英语课堂中学生充当的角色还只是很好的听众,记录者,而绝非是个好的思考者、参与者。然而根据有效教学理论可以知道有效性的教学取决于两个方面:一是教学内容,二是教学对象。在实习过程中发现:有效性教学的决定因素,并非教学内容,而取决于教学对象——学生,即学生对课堂学习的积极性、主动性、专注性。课堂气氛沉闷直接影响到学生的学习吸收,而学生的英语学习的积极性、主动性、专注性的调动又与教师的课堂设计与氛围的营造有着直接密切的关系。因此,本人认为在课堂45分钟中、如何利用有效地运用多媒体教学模式来调动课堂气氛,从而提高学生的英语学习热情,而且提高课堂效率,减轻学生的英语学习压力。因此,下面本人就教育实习中通过观察和实践中谈谈一些体会和建议。
A month-long educational internship at Minhou I discovered that despite the classroom model of modern educational technology, the role played by students in English classrooms is only a good listener and recorder, not a good thinker or participant. However, according to the effective teaching theory, we can know the validity of teaching depends on two aspects: one is the teaching content, and the other is the teaching object. In the process of internship, it is found that the decisive factor of effective teaching is not the content of teaching, but rather the teaching object - students, that is, the students’ enthusiasm, initiative and concentration on classroom learning. The dullness of the classroom atmosphere directly affects the students’ learning abilities. The enthusiasm, initiative and focus of the students’ English learning are directly related to the teachers’ classroom design and atmosphere creation. Therefore, I think in the classroom 45 minutes, how to use the effective use of multimedia teaching to mobilize the classroom atmosphere, thereby enhancing students’ enthusiasm for learning English, but also improve classroom efficiency and reduce the pressure of English learning. Therefore, I personally talk about some experiences and suggestions on education internship through observation and practice.
