目的:研究调心安神针法对于室性心律失常模型兔心肌组织血管紧张素Ⅱ受体(AGTR1、AGTR2)的影响。方法:采用兔耳缘静脉注射氯化钡的方法制作室性心律失常模型。40只新西兰兔随机分为对照组、模型组、针刺组、药物组,针刺组施以调心安神针刺法,药物组给予心律平灌胃。实验完毕后取兔左心室,荧光定量PCR技术检测心肌组织AGTR1、AGTR2的m RNA表达水平。结果:对照组AGTR1及AGTR2的m RNA表达最高,其次为药物组,针刺组AGRT1的m RNA表达与模型组基本一致,而AGTR2的m RNA表达较模型组有增高的趋势。结论 :调节心肌组织AGTR2的表达可能是该针法治疗心律失常的靶点之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Acupuncture at Shenxin Anshen on angiotensin Ⅱ receptor (AGTR1, AGTR2) in myocardial tissue of ventricular arrhythmia model. Methods: A ventricular arrhythmia model was established by intravenous injection of barium chloride into rabbit ear vein. Forty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group, model group, acupuncture group, drug group and acupuncture group. After the experiment, the rabbit left ventricle and the quantitative real-time PCR were used to detect the mRNA expression of AGTR1 and AGTR2 in myocardium. Results: The mRNA expression of AGTR1 and AGTR2 in the control group was the highest, followed by the drug group. The mRNA expression of AGRT1 in the acupuncture group was basically the same as that in the model group, while the mRNA expression of AGTR2 in the AGR2 group was higher than that in the model group. Conclusion: Regulating the expression of AGTR2 in myocardium may be one of the targets of the acupuncture therapy of arrhythmia.
