平原软基地区高等级公路拓宽时,新老路基间微小的差异变形就会导致产生相关病害。而在相关处治措施中,轻质填料法是较为合适的一种。EPS(发泡聚苯乙烯)填料,具有超轻质、耐压、耐水、抗老化等特点。理论分析和工程验证均表明,采用EPS填筑拓宽部分路堤,对下卧土体的影响深度要明显浅于常规填土路堤,可显著减小拓宽路堤下卧地基土层的侧向位移,大幅度降低新路基的总沉降量,从而大大减小新老路基不协调变形,是平原软基地区高等级公路拓宽时非常有效的处治措施之一。
When the high-grade highway in the plain soft-based area is broadened, slight differences between new and old roads will lead to related diseases. In the relevant treatment measures, lightweight packing method is a more appropriate one. EPS (expanded polystyrene) filler, with ultra-light, pressure, water, anti-aging and so on. Both theoretical analysis and engineering verification show that using embankment with EPS to expand part of embankment will significantly affect the depth of the underlying soil significantly less than that of the conventional embankment, which can significantly reduce the lateral displacement of the foundation soil under widening embankment. The amplitude reduces the total subsidence of the new roadbed, thus greatly reducing the uncoordinated deformation of the new and old roadbed. It is one of the most effective measures for broadening the high-grade highways in the plain area.
