B 细胞超抗原( B S Ag) 能与 B 细胞抗原识别受体( B C R) 上普通抗原结合部位外的区域结合,与大部分 B 细胞发生反应,激活大量自身反应性 B 细胞; B S Ag 还能和血浆中许多可溶性 Ig 结合,形成大量免疫复合物,激活补体系统使炎症反应加强;临床上 S L E、溃疡性结肠炎、类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫病的发病与 B S Ag 有关。 H I Vgp120 作为 B S Ag 感染大量 B 细胞,加重 A I D S 的症状。 B S Ag 对自身抗体的强大吸附作用使得 B S Ag 可用于某些自身免疫病的治疗。
B-cell superantigen (BsAg) binds to a region outside the common antigen-binding site on B cell antigen receptor (BcR) and reacts with most B cells to activate a large number of autoreactive B cells; Bs Ag also binds to many soluble Ig in plasma to form a large number of immune complexes that activate the complement system to enhance the inflammatory response. The incidence of autoimmune diseases such as SLE, ulcerative colitis and rheumatoid arthritis has been associated with the development of Bs Ag related. H I Vgp120 infects large numbers of B cells as B S Ag, aggravating the symptoms of A I D S. The strong adsorption of B S Ag to autoantibodies makes B S Ag useful for the treatment of certain autoimmune diseases.
