随着对超极化激活电流和超极化激活环核苷酸门控的阳离子通道研究的不断深入,人们对超极化激活电流特性和超极化激活环核苷酸门控的阳离子通道的结构特征、调节、分布有了进一步的了解。近年来,发现除心律失常之外,超极化激活电流异常和超极化激活环核苷酸门控的阳离子通道的机能障碍还与其他多种疾病有关。本文就超极化激活电流特性、超极化激活环核苷酸门控的阳离子通道的特点及二者功能异常与疼痛等神经系统疾病关系的最新研究进展予以综述。
