开都河大山口水文站1999年7月26日发生建站以来的特大洪水,最大洪峰流量达1870m3/s,(以下简称开都河大山口水文站“7·26”洪水),持续时间不到5min。洪水过后,经调查最大洪峰形成的原因有一定人为因素影响。现根据在大山口电厂大坝上游20km处调查的此次洪水最大洪峰流量成果以及大山口电厂大坝泄洪运行记录,对当时洪峰过程进行还原分析计算,尽可能分析出此次最大洪峰流量的实际变化过程,为开都河防洪规划和水资源开发等项目提供洪水分析依据。
