制度是国家竞争力的核心,也是经济发展最关键的资源。邓小平同志在改革开放初期就极其深刻地指出:制度更带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性。回顾中国改革的历程,可以看到层出不穷的制度创新推动了中国经济的快速发展。因此,制度创新是经济发展的核心,是影响中国进一步经济发展甚至转变发展路径的关键因素。
System is the core of national competitiveness and also the most crucial resource for economic development. In the initial stage of reform and opening up, Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out extremely profoundly that the system is more fundamental, global, stable and long-term. Looking back at the course of China’s reform, we can see that an endless stream of institutional innovations has promoted the rapid economic development in China. Therefore, institutional innovation is the core of economic development and a key factor that affects China’s further economic development and even changes its development path.
