观察参麦注射液对培养的鼠脑星形胶质细胞缺氧 /复氧 (H/R)损伤后一氧化氮 (NO)分泌的影响。方法 :培养鼠脑星形胶质细胞 ,以缺氧 /复氧为损伤因素 ,观察培养上清液中NO及乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的变化。结果 :H/R损伤后星形胶质细胞NO的分泌显著提高 ,LDH漏出量显著增多 ,参麦注射液能明显抑制H/R状态下星形胶质细胞分泌NO ,并降低LDH的漏出。结论 :在H/R损伤情况下 ,参麦注射液对鼠脑星形胶质细胞具有保护作用 ,其可能机制与其抑制NO分泌和稳定细胞膜有关
To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on nitric oxide (NO) secretion after hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury in cultured rat brain astrocytes. METHODS: Rat brain astrocytes were cultured and hypoxia/reoxygenation was used as the injury factor to observe the changes of NO and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in culture supernatant. RESULTS: The secretion of NO in astrocytes was significantly increased after H/R injury, and the leakage of LDH was significantly increased. Shenmai injection can significantly inhibit the secretion of NO from astrocytes under H/R conditions and reduce the leakage of LDH. Conclusion : In the case of H/R injury, Shenmai injection has a protective effect on rat brain astrocytes. Its possible mechanism is related to its inhibition of NO secretion and stabilization of cell membranes.
