通过对某型号机车曲轴的镦锻成形过程进行数值模拟,研究了在不同工艺和不同直径坯料条件下曲轴的成形情况。通过模拟优化,选择了合理的坯料尺寸和工艺参数,使得该曲轴试模一次成功并实现了批量生产,从而减少了试模次数,降低了工艺试验费用,缩短了工艺开发周期。
Through numerical simulation of upsetting forming process of crankshaft on a certain type of locomotive, the forming of crankshaft under different conditions and different diameter billets was studied. Through simulation and optimization, a reasonable blank size and process parameters were selected so that the crankshaft test was successful at one time and mass production was achieved, thus reducing the number of test modes, reducing the cost of process test and shortening the process development cycle.
