目前，在我国北方采暖地区无论是新建筑或既有建筑，均采取节能措施，而节能效果最好的外墙外保温系统却常常出现裂缝。几年来大量的实际工程表明，裂缝的位置一般出现在顶层女儿墙与屋面板交圈处，边角部位、大面积墙面的中间部位。本文阐述了裂缝产生的原因，以便在工程实践中引以为戒。
