对新兴学科——维修性工程在便携式导弹(小弹)武器系统研制中的应用作了初步探索.首先,在分析“小弹”系统及其作战过程的基础上提出了“小弹”系统的战备度、发射与运行可信赖度以及作用度的概念和定义,进而初步建立了“小弹”系统有效度的模型,并定性分析了它与“小弹”系统维修性的关系.其次,对“小弹”武器系统研制过程中突施维修性工程的基本任务、具体内容和安排作了概括的说明.最后提出了“小弹”武器系统维修性工程组织管理体制的设想.
This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the application of maintenance engineering in the development of portable missile (small bomb) weapon system.Firstly, based on the analysis of the “small bomb” system and its operational process, The concept of wariness, the reliability and the reliability of launch and operation, and the definition of the degree of action, and then the model of the validity of the “small bombs” system has been preliminarily established and its relationship with the maintainability of the “small bombs” system has been qualitatively analyzed.Secondly, The basic tasks, specific contents and arrangements of the maintenance engineering during the development of the “small bomber” weapon system are summarized. Finally, the tentative plan of “small bomber” weapon system maintenance engineering organization and management system is put forward.
