用ESR技术研究发现,不同类型的肌纤维在运动和安静时,自由基含量均明显不同。安静时,有氧能力高的红肌自由基含量高,运动后白肌纤维的自由基明显增加,井出现一个文献中从未报导过的新的自由基信号(g=2.001,width=0.2mT),该信号与疲劳程度相关。红肌运动后自由基变化不明显,从而找到了运动时不同肌纤维自由基代谢差异性的最直接的证据。
ESR study found that different types of muscle fibers in the exercise and quiet, the free radical content were significantly different. Quiet, high aerobic capacity of red muscle free radicals content, white muscle fibers after exercise markedly increased free radicals, well appeared in the literature never reported a new free radical signal (g = 2.001, width = 0.2mT) This signal is related to the degree of fatigue. Red muscle movement after free radical change was not obvious, so as to find the movement of different muscle fiber metabolism of free radicals the most direct evidence.
