目的通过测定所得骨矿含量数值更好的评估骨强度,监测骨质疏松的发生、发展,提高高危患者骨折风险识别能力。方法选取吉林省2375例50—89岁体检者运用美国OSTEOMETER DTX200周围骨骨密度测量仪测量受检者非受力侧前臂桡尺骨远端三分之一处的骨密度、骨矿含量,应用采用SPSS 17.0软件分析处理,数据用X±S表示。进行统计分析。结果男性50~59岁年龄组OP发生率为9.33%,女性为7.38%;60~69岁男性OP发生率为18.59%,女性为26.26%;70~79岁男性OP发生率为40.00%,女性为55.90%;80岁以上男性OP发生率63.93%,女性为71.42%。结论提示随着年龄增加,男女骨密度及BMC均呈下降趋势,女性下降速度明显较男性快,OP发生率也随之增加,各年龄组之间OP发生率女性亦均高于男性;T值大于-1的受检者中有5.74%骨量丢失率在13%~24%之间,亦为骨量减少范围,这类人群远期骨质疏松症的发病率及骨折的发生率很高,故骨矿含量(BMC)在临床骨质疏松症的诊断、治疗、预防骨质疏松骨折发生等方面起着重要作用。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the bone strength better by measuring the bone mineral content and to monitor the occurrence and development of osteoporosis and to improve the ability of identifying the fracture risk in high-risk patients. Methods A total of 2375 cases of 50-89-year-olds from Jilin Province were enrolled in this study. The bone mineral density and bone mineral content in the distal third of the ulnar radius of the non-force-bearing forearm were measured by the American OSTEOMETER DTX200 peripheral bone mineral density meter. SPSS 17.0 software analysis and processing, data with X ± S said. conduct statistical analysis. Results The prevalence of OP was 9.33% in males and 7.38% in females. The incidence of OP was 18.59% in males and 26.26% in females aged 60-69 years. The incidence of OP in males aged 70-79 years was 40.00% 55.90%. The incidence of OP in males over the age of 80 was 63.93% and in females was 71.42%. The results suggest that as the age increases, the BMD and BMC of both sexes decrease. The decline rate of women is obviously faster than that of men, and the incidence of OP also increases. The incidence of OP among all age groups is also higher than that of men 5.74% of the subjects with more than -1 had a rate of bone loss of 13% ~ 24%, which was also the range of bone mass loss. The incidence of long-term osteoporosis and the incidence of fractures were high in these subjects , Bone mineral content (BMC) plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical osteoporosis and the prevention of osteoporosis fractures.
