论述了一控制理论和信息技术在工业生产中成功应用的实例。以丙烯腈聚合生产过程为对象,建立了全流程多种结构数学模型,开发成集动态数据库、过程模拟、统计分析、质量检测和控制、在线优化、故障诊断等功能为一体的生产执行系统,工程软件系统连续稳定运行,取得了较大成效。
An example of the successful application of a control theory and information technology in industrial production is discussed. Taking the polymerization process of acrylonitrile as object, a multi-structure mathematical model of whole process was established and developed into a production execution system integrating dynamic database, process simulation, statistical analysis, quality inspection and control, on-line optimization and fault diagnosis. Engineering software system for continuous and stable operation, achieved great results.
