课堂教学是学校教育的主渠道,如何抓住这一主渠道,培养出学习成绩优秀、素质全面、人格健全的人才,是教师永恒的课题。我们的教学效果是否和师生所付出的劳动成正比,需要深入探寻,不断反思,以总结经验与教训,更有效地把学生锻炼成真正的学习主体,调动其学习积极性,创造优异的学业成绩。 Classroom teaching is the main channel of school education. How to seize this main channel and cultivate talents with excellent academic performance, comprehensive quality and sound personality are the eternal topics for teachers. Whether our teaching effect is in direct proportion to the workmanship and dedication of teachers and students requires in-depth exploration, continuous reflection, summing up experiences and lessons, more effectively training students into real subjects of learning, mobilizing their enthusiasm for learning and creating excellent academic results .
