目的:获得患者腰椎椎体的连续运动影像,实时、准确跟踪椎体运动,实现将腰椎X线影像作为腰椎病患者综合治疗、康复效果的量化依据。方法:结合电子、机械应用技术,设计合理的腰椎X线扫描辅助运动椅整机方案。包括转动机构及转动速度、角速度控制系统。结果:实际应用时该运动椅转动速度精确可控,运行安全、可靠。结论:应用此辅助运动椅进行腰椎X线影像扫描时,可以获得腰椎椎体连续运动影像,实现腰椎在被动模式下的生物力学评估,准确诊断腰椎椎体病变,避免了误诊或漏诊,从而为腰椎椎体病变进行全面、合理的分析与后续治疗奠定了坚实的基础。
OBJECTIVE: To obtain continuous motion images of lumbar vertebral body in patients and to track the movement of vertebral body in real-time and accurately so as to make the lumbar X-ray image as the comprehensive treatment of lumbar spondylosis and the quantitative basis of rehabilitation effect. Methods: With the combination of electronic and mechanical application technology, a reasonable design of lumbar X-ray assistant sports chair machine was designed. Including the rotation mechanism and speed, angular velocity control system. Results: The practical application of the chair rotation speed controllable accurately, safe and reliable operation. CONCLUSIONS: When this auxiliary chair is used for lumbar X-ray imaging, continuous motion imaging of lumbar vertebrae can be obtained, biomechanical assessment of lumbar spine in passive mode can be obtained, accurate diagnosis of lumbar vertebral body lesions and misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis can be made Lumbar vertebral body lesions in a comprehensive and reasonable analysis and follow-up treatment has laid a solid foundation.
