目的:探讨甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术的治疗方式、特点和效果,研究其安全性、科学性,总结些许医学经验,从而为临床提供借鉴意义。方法:选取我院2010年12月-2012年12月这些年内收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者40例,对其采用普外科手术予以治疗,对其中的恶性肿瘤患者则在切除肿瘤的基础上施行淋巴清扫。手术之后嘱咐患者定时服用甲状腺素片和抗生素予以防感染工作,手术结束后的48h相关人员将引流管拔除。然后收集所有患者的临床资料,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果:此次研究中的40例患者手术均取得一次性成功,肿瘤顺利切除;手术时间为(80±30)min,平均用时(73.2±4.1)min;出血量为(54±13)mL,平均出血量为(39±3.9)mL;没有一例并发症。术后有2例出现了轻度麻木症状,予以注射葡萄糖钙后恢复。结论:普外科手术在治疗甲状腺肿瘤问题上的效果显著,安全、可行,治疗较为彻底,操作简便,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the treatment, characteristics and effects of general surgery for thyroid tumors, to study its safety, scientific, and to sum up a little medical experience so as to provide reference for clinical application. Methods: 40 cases of thyroid tumors treated in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were selected and treated with general surgery. The patients with malignant tumors underwent lymphadenectomy on the basis of tumor removal. After surgery, the patient was asked to take thyroid hormone tablets and antibiotics regularly to prevent infection. After 48h, the relevant personnel will be drained. All patients were then collected for clinical data and their results were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: All the 40 patients in this study achieved a one-time successful operation. The tumor was successfully resected. The operation time was (80 ± 30) min, the average time was (73.2 ± 4.1) min, the amount of bleeding was (54 ± 13) mL, The mean amount of bleeding was (39 ± 3.9) mL; no complication occurred. There were 2 cases of postoperative mild numbness symptoms, to be restored after injection of calcium glucose. Conclusion: The results of general surgery in the treatment of thyroid tumors are significant, safe, feasible, thorough treatment, easy to operate and worthy of promotion.
