目的 观察维拉帕米 (Verapamil,Ver)对实验性外伤牵引性视网膜脱离 (tractionalreti naldetachment,TRD)的防治作用。 方法 6 0只青紫蓝兔制备外伤模型后随机分为A、B、C、D 4组 ,A组 (对照组 )每日结膜下注射等渗盐水 0 .5ml,B、C、D组 (治疗组 )每日结膜下分别注射Ver0 .2 5 ,0 .5 0 ,1.2 5mg ( 0 .5ml) ,共 2 1d ,定期观察角膜、眼底并选择照相。 结果 治疗组玻璃体视网膜增殖程度与对照组相比有不同程度的减轻 ,在第 35天 ,A、B、C、D 4组外伤性TRD发生率分别为 80 % ( 12 15 ) ,80 % ( 12 15 ) ,6 7% ( 10 15 ) ,40 % ( 6 15 ) ,D组TRD发生率较A组明显减少 ( χ2 =5 .0 0 0 ,P <0 .0 2 5 ) ;未发现Ver对角膜、晶体及视网膜有明显毒性反应。 结论 结膜下注射Ver能抑制外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)的发展 ,减少TRD的发生率 ;Ver在实验中所用剂量无明显毒性反应
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of verapamil (Ver) on traumatic traction retinal detachment (TRD). Methods Sixty black and blue rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: A, B, C and D 4, and group A (control group) Group) were injected daily Ver0 .2 5, 0 .5 0, 1.2 5mg (0 .5ml), respectively, a total of 21 days, routine observation of the cornea, fundus and select the photography. Results The degree of vitreoretinal proliferation in the treatment group was reduced to some extent compared with the control group. CONCLUSIONS: Subconjunctival injection of Ver inhibits the development of traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and reduces the incidence of TRD. Ver did not show any significant toxicity at the dose used in the experiment
