冶金部承担矿山方面“七五”国家科技攻关项目两项,它包括4个课题,共19个专题。在国家计委和国务院重大办的大力支持下,6个专题有重大突破。它们是: 1.大型露天铁矿陡帮开采新工艺研究,已在南芬矿通过生产性工业试验,形成了四个台阶一组的组合台阶。使南芬矿由原缓帮开采时的剥米比2.7吨/吨,降低到2.45吨/吨。已累计缓剥岩石600万吨,节省剥岩费1500万元。该专题荣获国家“七五”攻关阶段成果奖。 2.大型露天矿控制爆破技术研究,已在南芬矿、水厂铁矿共进行了8次50~75万吨/次规模的大区多排微差爆破。在提高爆破质量,降低炸药单耗,降低大块率,消除根底等方面,均收到了明显效果。使我国大区多排微差爆破技术达到了国际先进水平。
The Ministry of Metallurgy undertakes two national scientific and technological research projects in the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period of the mine, which includes four topics and 19 topics in total.
