蘑菇培养料一般用马粪。以色列没有马粪,只能使用麦秆和鸡粪堆制的合成料,但蘑菇产量很低,这可能是由于培养料质量差的缘故。鉴别培养料质量的常用参数是:含水量、总N、pH、氨、灰分、C/N。由于各地气候条件和生料成份不同,培养料质量的参数也不一样。本文目的是定出适用于以色列培养料质量分析的参数。
Mushroom training materials generally use horse manure. Israel did not have horse manure, only straw and chicken manure composting, but the mushroom production is very low, which may be due to the poor quality of the culture medium. Common parameters to identify culture quality are: water content, total N, pH, ammonia, ash, C / N. Due to the different climatic conditions and raw material composition, the parameters of cultivating material quality are also different. The purpose of this paper is to set parameters that are suitable for the quality analysis of culture media in Israel.
