竞争是人类社会发展的动力这是亘古不变的自然法则。每一种思想的发展与进步都是在斗争中完成的,这种斗争不仅是思想与思想的碰撞还是单一思想的扬弃。思想在这两个过程中完善着自己。儒家与法家看似不同的两种思想在其斗争的过程中却是有相似的地方。我便从儒法在与自我与他人斗争的过程中所体现的东西来说下我对儒法知道的区别和联系的想法。 Competition is the driving force for the development of human society. This is the eternal law of nature. The development and progress of every thought are accomplished in the struggle. This struggle is not only the collision of ideas with thoughts, but also the sublation of a single thought. Thought perfected itself in these two processes. There are similarities between the two seemingly different ideas of Confucianism and legalism in their struggle. I will give my thoughts on the differences and connections between Confucianism and Legalism from what Confucianism and Law have manifested in their struggle against themselves and others.
