水是人类生命的源泉。现代工业的发展,都市的繁荣,人口的增长,对水的需求量及其清洁度的要求越来越高。在当今全球性水荒迫近、水污染日趋严重面前,各国科技工作者都在为加强水的循环使用、提高水处理技术而不懈努力之时,东北电力学院副教授刘凡清发明的“LLY高效过滤器”以其过滤快、效率高、成本低、精度可调、清洗修理方便等特点,不仅填补了国内空白,并成为许多国家寻求过滤水设备时的最佳选择。这种高效过滤器已先后获得国家“七五”星火计划金奖,北京国际发明展览会银奖,中国电力新技术新产品金奖。
