目的构建护理救援培训模式中标准化伤员核心能力指标体系,筛选标准化伤员,为合理评估护理救援能力,分层次筛选救援人员提供帮助。方法通过文献阅读法、德尔菲法建立指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果最终得出标准化伤员核心能力指标,包括3个一级指标,25个二级指标。专家的权威系数为0.89,两轮函询专家意见的协调系数为0.421~0.531。结论标准化伤员核心能力指标体系各级指标专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,为筛选标准化伤员提供有力依据。
Objective To construct the index system of standardization of core competencies in nursing rescue training mode and to screen standardized wounded patients to provide assistance in the reasonable assessment of nursing aid ability and screening of rescue workers at different levels. Methods Through the literature reading method, the Delphi method was used to establish the index system, and the AHP was used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. The results finally come to standardization of the core competencies indicators of the wounded, including three first-level indicators, 25 second-level indicators. The author’s coefficient of authority is 0.89, and the coordination coefficient of two rounds of interrogation experts is 0.421 ~ 0.531. Conclusion The standardized indicators of the core competencies of the standardization system focus on the experts at all levels of indicators, the research results are highly reliable and provide a strong basis for the screening of standardized wounded.
