三维适形放射治疗的优势在于射野的形状与靶区相一致,高剂量分布集中在靶区,而周围正常组织或重要器官受量很低,从而提高肿瘤局控率,保护正常组织或重要器官。适形野的形成有两种方法,即多叶光栅(MLC)法和低熔点铅挡块法。我院自2003.7开展三维适形放射治疗以来,采用低熔点铅挡块技术,治疗各种恶性肿瘤,临床效果满意,现报告如下:
The advantage of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is that the shape of the radiation field is consistent with the target area, the high-dose distribution is concentrated in the target area, and the surrounding normal tissue or vital organs are subject to a very low dose, thereby improving the tumor control rate and protecting the normal tissue or the important organ. There are two methods of forming conformal field, that is, multi-leaf grating (MLC) method and low melting point lead block method. Since 2003.7 to carry out three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in our hospital, the use of low melting point lead stopper technology for the treatment of various malignancies, clinical results are satisfactory, are as follows:
