采用界面聚合法合成了本征态和樟脑磺酸、b-萘磺酸、盐酸掺及硫酸掺杂聚联苯胺。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、循环伏安(cyclic voltamogram)等测试方法,对聚合物进行了表征。研究了掺杂酸种类对聚合结构、颗粒形貌、结晶性及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,本征态聚联苯胺呈现微米级棒状分布,具有一定的结晶性和电化学活性,质子酸掺入后其形貌虽无明显变化但尺寸有减少趋势;结晶性有所提高,其中硫酸掺杂聚联苯胺的结晶性最佳;循环伏安行为也有所改善,其中盐酸掺杂聚联苯胺的电化学活性相对较好且其电导率为1.41×10-3S/cm。
The eigenstates and camphorsulfonic acid, b-naphthalene sulfonic acid, hydrochloric acid doped and sulfuric acid doped polybenzidine were synthesized by interfacial polymerization. The polymers were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, XRD and cyclic voltamogram. The effects of doped acid species on the structure, particle morphology, crystallinity and electrochemical properties of the polymer were investigated. The results showed that the polybenzidine possesses a microrodal rod-like distribution with a certain degree of crystallinity and electrochemical activity. Although the morphology of the polybenzidine after the incorporation of proton acid does not change significantly, the size tends to decrease and the crystallinity increases Polyaniline doped with sulfuric acid has the best crystallinity and cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical activity of polyaniline doped with hydrochloric acid is relatively good and its conductivity is 1.41 × 10 -3 S / cm.
