Bepridil 为一半衰期较长(约为42小时)的钙拮抗剂,晚近已报道其在缺血性心脏病和心律失常患者应用的单盲研究,本文采用双盲随机,安慰剂对照的交叉试验,对44例运动诱发的心绞痛患者,服Bepridil 的疗效作一评价。方法:来自多中心的44例典型劳力型心绞痛患者,其中男39例,女5例,平均年龄59.7岁,运动试验均为阳性。阳性定义为心绞痛发作伴心电图连续三个心动示 J 点后80毫秒有 ST 段呈下斜或水平
Bepridil, a half-life calcium antagonist with a longer duration (about 42 hours), has recently reported a single-blind study of its use in patients with ischemic heart disease and arrhythmia.
