关于推进山西省林木种苗发展的思考

首先介绍了山西省育苗生产规模的壮大,并出现了以国有苗圃为龙头,民营个体为主体的社会化、多元化、专业化、产业化的苗木生产格局,使苗木生产区域布局逐步合理。但是,由于对育苗工作在林业生产中基础地位的认识不足,造成苗木生产与林业发展的需求不相适应,产生林木种苗结构性不足与过剩的供需矛盾。为此,提出了提高认识,完善投入机制,调整结构,市场调节等建议,确保种苗生产健康、稳步发展。 First introduced the growth of seedling production in Shanxi Province, and the emergence of a state-owned nursery as a leader, private individuals as the main social, diversified, specialized and industrialized seedling production pattern, so that seedling production area layout gradually and rationally. However, due to lack of knowledge about the basic position of nursery in forestry production, the production of nursery stock does not meet the demand of forestry development, resulting in the contradiction between supply and demand of structural deficiencies and surplus of tree seedlings. To this end, put forward suggestions to improve understanding, improve the input mechanism, adjust the structure, market regulation, and ensure the healthy and steady development of seed production.
