目的:优选益气熄风胶囊中挥发油的提取方法,并确定其β-环糊精的包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以收油量为评价指标优选挥发油的提取工艺,以包合物收率和油转化率的综合评分为评价指标优选挥发油的包合工艺。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为:10倍量水浸泡0.5 h,水蒸气蒸馏提取8 h;β-环糊精包合最佳工艺为:β-环糊精与挥发油的质量比8∶1,包合温度50℃,包合时间2 h。结论:优选的挥发油提取及包和工艺合理可行,且挥发油包合物的稳定性增加,可作为益气熄风胶囊中挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备。
Objective: To optimize the extraction method of volatile oil in Yiqi Xifeng Capsule and determine the inclusion process of β-cyclodextrin. Methods: Orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction process of volatile oil with oil recovery as the evaluation index. The comprehensive evaluation of inclusion yield and oil conversion rate was taken as the evaluation index to optimize the inclusion process of volatile oil. Results: The optimum extraction process of volatile oil was as follows: 10 times the amount of water soaked 0.5 h, steam distillation for 8 h; β-cyclodextrin inclusion process: β-cyclodextrin and volatile oil mass ratio of 8: 1, Inclusion temperature 50 ℃, inclusion time 2 h. CONCLUSION: The optimal volatile oil extraction and package and process are reasonable and feasible, and the stability of the volatile oil inclusion compound is increased, which can be used as the preparation of the β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of the volatile oil in the Yiqi Xifeng Capsule.
