针对目前视障大学生就业能力的现状,笔者提出了四条提高视障大学生就业能力的对策。通过强化视障大学生心理健康教育,为视障大学生创造实践机会,构建视障大学生培养就业能力的空间。并且以就业为导向,深化教育教学改革以增强视障大学生就业能力。同时,提高视障大学生就业能力还需加强对视障大学生的职业生涯规划教育。
In view of the current status of visually impaired college students’ employability, the author puts forward four countermeasures to improve the employability of visually impaired college students. By strengthening mental health education for visually impaired college students, creating practical opportunities for visually impaired college students and building a space for them to cultivate employability. And employment-oriented, deepen education and teaching reform to enhance the employability of visually impaired college students. At the same time, to improve the employability of visually impaired students also need to strengthen the career planning of visually impaired college students education.
