领导干部过双重组织生活应处好“三个关系”

党员领导干部过双重组织生活是党章的明确规定。但在落实中往往效果不够好:有的领导放不下架子,摆不正角色,即使偶尔参加也依然一副领导做派;有的参加民主生活会,不能坦诚布公地开展批评和自我批评,特别是听不进别人的意见等等,以致双重组织生活制度坚持不够经常、质量不够高,组织功能弱化。要改变这一状况,笔者以为需要处理好“三个关系”。 The double organizational life leading party members and cadres is a clear stipulation of the party constitution. However, their implementation is often not effective enough. Some leaders can not let go of the shelves and have no right roles. Even if they are occasional participants, they still work as leaders and some participate in democratic life meetings. They can not honestly and directly criticize and criticize themselves. In particular, Listening to others’ opinions and so on. As a result, the dual organizational life system has insisted on infrequent, unsatisfactory quality and weakened organizational functions. To change this situation, I think we need to handle “three relations ”.
