为了解棉花腺体形成时期相关基因的表达谱,分别抽提陆地棉湘棉-18和N5在腺体形成时期的RNA,采用Affymetrix芯片,扫描采集数据后进行分析。结果显示,在腺体形成时期有明显差异表达的基因共有514条,包括209条上调基因和305条下调基因;在514条差异表达基因中有275条(53.5%)与GenBank中已知的基因具有较高的相似性,这些基因主要涉及防御反应及异戊二烯生物合成等,有239条(46.5%)在GenBank中无任何注释。KOBAS分析结果显示,这些差异基因在KEGG数据库上涉及19条生化途径。说明,腺体形成过程是一个复杂的基因网络调控过程,涉及多条萜类化合物生物合成途径及其他与防御基因相关的途径。
In order to understand the expression profile of genes involved in the formation of cotton gland, RNA of upland cotton Xiangmian-18 and N5 during gland formation was extracted. Affymetrix was used to scan the collected data for analysis. The results showed that there were 514 genes that were significantly differentially expressed in the gland formation stage, including 209 up-regulated genes and 305 down-regulated genes; 275 out of 514 differentially expressed genes (53.5%) were associated with genes known in GenBank These genes were mainly involved in defense response and isoprene biosynthesis. 239 (46.5%) were not annotated in GenBank. KOBAS analysis showed that these differential genes involved 19 biochemical pathways in the KEGG database. This shows that the process of gland formation is a complex process of gene network regulation involving multiple terpenoid biosynthetic pathways and other pathways related to defensive genes.
